Check in: after moon, it is possible to check in also late at night, according with the landlord.
Check out: within 10.00 AM. It could be possible to leave lugages in the common area during the morning of leaving according with the landlord.

• The price is for the room or per person?
The price is for the room.

• Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included, italian style and self service breakfast.

• Do you have to pay at the check in?
Yes you have to pay at the check in

• Do you have to pay cash?
Yes we don’t accept credit card or cheques.

• Do you have to bring your sheets and towels?
No the Bed and Breakfast Rome “Vatican” provides you towels and sheets.

• Is it possible to smoke in the room or in the apartment?
No it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the room and in the apartment.

• Is there TV in the room?

Yes, it is possible to use the Bed and Breakfast Rome “Vatican” ’s fridge and mantein it clean for other guests.

• Is it possible to use the kitchen?
It is possible to use the kitchen if you request it and you will be charged.

No, there is no telephone in the room.

• Is there air conditioned in the room?
Yes, there is air conditioned in the room and you can use it yourself as you want, no extra will be charged.

• Is there a Breakfast’s room in the apartment?
Yes, there is a small breakfast room, which is in the kitchen.

• Is there an internet point in the B&B?
No, there is no phone line in the apartment, but there are internet points not far away from the B&B.

• Are there entrance and exit hours rules to follow during your staying?
No, our guests are free entrance and exit, like in a hotel, you will have apartments keys at your check in, so you can enter whenever you want respecting other guests sleeping rest.

• What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is self-service from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

• Is there a reserved parking area available?
No, garage is not available, but you can have payment parking area nearby the B&B.

• Do you have pick up service to the airport?
Yes, if you request, and you will be charged of it.

• Where is the closest bus stop?
You have 64, 46, 881, 98, 40 and many others buses’ stop just 50 meters away from the Bed and breakfst Rome “Vatican”

• Where is the closest train station?
The closest train station is “St. Peter’s train station” just 300 mt. far away.

• Where is the closest subway station?
The closest subway stop station is “Ottaviano” line A just 10 minutes walking.

• In the change link, I don’t see my website Q: I sent my link details but I don’t see my web site link in your pages, was I wrong in something? Probably you were not wrong, but I remind you: your request is in “stand by” for a little bit as I can check it and see if it is about our tourism business, also I check your link is not included in our structure

• Charge in reservation Q: do you charge for reservation policy?
No, you are not charged for reservation. I recieve direct your contact details for reservation policy.

• Very interesting Q: why don’t you talk about fauntains in Rome or monuments in Rome?
Rome is BIG!!!! All the meaning included…There are pages in my Bed and Breakfast Rome “Vatican” web site where you can find attractions, monuments, maps and iteneneraries and all a tourist like you would need.

• Reservation: when can I consider a room reserved?
You can consider a room reserved when you have payed usually the first (or more nights according your staying) night with reservation policy.

• Rest payment.
We kindly ask our guest to pay the rest cash to the landlord of the Bed and Breakfast Rome “Vatican” at the check in.
